About Susan McCallion

Hi! I'm Susan McCallion, Sanibel resident, former non-profit executive, mother of four, and Broker and Principal of McCallion & McCallion Realty. With my husband, Jim, we started our practice on Sanibel Island in 2009 and have since opened doors as our brokerage. Our love for Sanibel Island started more than twenty years ago when Jim proposed to me there. Living in Miami at the time, we vacationed on Sanibel for a number of years before packing up and becoming permanent residents in 2008. Originally from Manchester, Connecticut, I became a South Florida resident more than 25 years ago upon graduating from UCONN—#GoHuskies! Growing up, I enjoyed working at my parents' 8 Re/MAX offices in New England. Now, I relish having my own real estate brokerage, where my family can pop into the office for a snack and mingle with our clients and staff members. Jim and I and our four kids LOVE the island lifestyle—the exotic wildlife, lush vegetation, natural beaches, warm weather, and small-town community atmosphere are unlike anywhere else in the country."Sanibel is my HOME and my passion."
