I was in the Primary Property Casualty insurance business since 1974. I was a licensed insurance agent in TN at the beginning of my career. In 1985 I began working for CNA Insurance Company in Nashville as a Claims Adjuster. Following a move to Chicago in 1992, I became an Account Executive working with National Accounts and continued in a Marketing role with large accounts. I am a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt (Juran Institute) and currently hold the ARM (Assoc in Risk Management), AIC (Assoc in Claims) and AAI (Accredited Advisor of Insurance) designations.
