I am a Project Manager with PRINCE 2 experience gained within business focused IT Projects. I have worked in both complex financial and digital media environments and am highly experienced in all phases of the project lifecycle from sales to delivery. I enjoy solving puzzles and problems, and am highly effective at finding the best path around obstacles with an analytical common-sense approach. I have considerable experience gathering customer and business requirements, analysing and defining business processes and communicating between technical and non-technical teams at all levels as well as with external 3rd parties including clients, suppliers, legal teams and accountants. As an IT Project Manager, I have delivered high impact, high value projects with tight deadlines using mixed business and IT project teams. Ensuring that the project teams remain focused on the Business Benefits. I am experienced in writing Business Cases, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Project documentation and carrying out the ‘day to day’ running of projects including progress, exception and risk reporting. I also have experience in systems & user testing, user training and system implementation. I have good financial & commercial awareness and am experienced in stakeholder management, budgeting & governance.
