About Susan McGrath

Offering 20 years of clinical, process improvement, project, and transformational management experience across various domains (ICU, Inpatient, Perioperative, Ambulatory). I successfully lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. My passion is to reduce clinical variation by understanding the problem, create solutions, and implement and embed clinical decision support into workflows to positively impact patient care. I have a passion to support the process through innovation while utilizing systematic quality improvement tools to mitigate risks, manage resources, analyze, identify return on investments, and monitor process and outcomes to meet project goals. Building relationships and creating a culture of safety, high reliability, and leading with influence to drive change are essential in meeting and obtaining success Skills and knowledge are supported with a strong educational background consisting of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health and Wellness from The University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Masters in Business Administration from Saint Catherine University (St. Kate's), in addition to a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
