As director of business management for Microsoft’s digital sales team, I ensured seamless business execution through end-to-end management of operational processes and tools to support the assigned solution areas and segments. Prior to that I was Microsoft’s director of business planning and operations where I led the US subsidiary rhythm of the business processes. Before joining Microsoft, I was the finance operations lead for Oracle’s worldwide alliances and channels organization. Blending my passion for working in a fast-paced environment and engaging in transformational businesses and process, I have sought opportunities in my career to achieve operational excellence through new sales engagements and execution models. My experience in these areas has driven me to take the challenge of building a new kind of sales organization at Microsoft.
