Hola My named is Susan Paredes. I am the branch manager for the Kew Gardens Hills branch I I've been working for Queens Library for now 14 years. I like to challenge myself with new promotional opportunities Queens Library has to offer. I'm usually friendly and open-mined trying and accomplishing new tasks. I like to go to professional development meetings so that I can keep up with todays librarians trends I like to encourage my patrons to visit Queens Library and signed them up for a library card. I like to be punctual and work effectively. I'm usually a team player and adaptable. I love serving for the community and meet their high expectations on welcoming services. I believe in affirmations each day to get me motivated and even when I make mistakes that's okay we learn from them. I have a supportive family and colleagues who believe in me and my attributes. I strongly believe in supporting people to reach their dreams and making it a happen. I believe in leadership abilities where we need to continue to learn and grow stronger and keep positive attitude. I believe in maintaining for a positive attitude offers great opportunities in life.
