About Susan Postma

My curious nature and desire to make a positive impact, combined with my attention to detail and strong organization and communication skills, motivated me to pursue and complete my recent training in UX Design. I’m excited to be re-entering the workforce after taking time off to raise my two children and I look forward to applying my previous experience with my newly acquired skills from completing the User Experience Design Diploma program at BrainStation. Years of running a household, tending to the needs of young children while also assisting my partner in starting and growing a successful medical practice, including hiring and onboarding staff, have helped me to understand the value of task prioritization, working under pressure, and embracing and adapting to change. In my free time I can be found reading, going for walks, listening to podcasts, trying to convince my kids to play card and board games with me, learning to play pickleball, and regularly practicing yoga nidra meditation, of which I’m also a trained teacher.
