About Susan Quint

I have held a variety of financial leadership roles in the healthcare industry, and have focused my work on development of healthcare analytics used in decision making, business planning and strategy development. Over the years, I developed expertise in the analysis of healthcare costs and trends, product profitability analysis, financial forecasting, clinical program evaluation, quality measurement, provider network analysis and reimbursement modeling, administrative cost analysis, budgeting, and business case development. As part of my work in reporting and analytics, I have also been responsible for supporting organizational change initiatives involving new product development, clinical program development and cross-functional strategies to reduce unnecessary healthcare costs. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about development of data, technical tools and reporting capabilities that support business information needs in a rapidly changing context and competitive environment. I earned a doctorate in Organization Development at St. Thomas in order to increase my skills in the management of organizational change, employee engagement, and alignment of people with organizational objectives and goals. I earned a certificate in the Socio-economic Approach to Management (SEAM), which emphasizes organizational capability-building and reduction of hidden costs in organizations. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota.
