YOGA TEACHER: it’s never too late to become who you are meant to be. As a therapeutic-focused yoga teacher my desire to to help others feel more comfortable in their own skin. I find great joy in working with clients who have chosen to take control of their health care, no matter how chronic the issue. My knowledge of yoga, a keen eye and sensitive awareness, help me get to the heart of the matter. Public, personal, and private group classes. INTUITIVE FIBER ARTIST: I weave with recycled materials to create rugs, tapestries, and memorial fiber art pieces. It’s a tactile methodical art form which I find peaceful and meditative.
