I’m Susan Ritchie and I’ve been teaching, training and coaching for well over 25 years now. I'm the author of 2 books and I’ve got a background in drama/performing and regularly speak at conferences and events. I specialize in helping emerging leaders to raise their profile, show up confidently, communicate with more presence and impact and create the influence and engagement they need in order to position themselves for seniority. I’ve worked with hundreds of professionals to help them develop their presence, access that leader within and plan for success. The result?
