I am a growth-oriented strategic leader with 20+ years of experience in brand building, event design and production, product and exhibit sales, project management and marketing. Able to execute multimillion-dollar budgets to maximum effectiveness for both startups and large corporations. My strong work experience, understanding the value of communication and forging relationships are the building blocks to a seamless integration that results in immediate impact. Over the years I have been responsible for customer focused brand engagement and in delivering events with engaging, high entertainment value to extend customer lifetime, and activity levels resulting in increased sales. I have been instrumental in negotiating, designing, and managing over 120 events and show opportunities including producing and promoting prestigious well-known national conventions with budgets over $6M such as Pokémon TCG National, Gen Con, and Origins conventions. In addition to this, I’ve served as a core member of an Executive Team that opened a Seattle office that was responsible for the takeover of the TCG license from Nintendo and served as the liaison between Nintendo and Pokémon USA to ensure brand equity. Being proficient in organizing and developing highly skilled production teams of up to 50 and over 300 volunteers, I have been able to develop standards and procedures that drive effective work ethics and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
