About Susan Sheldon

I began my career working in the banking industry. My experience covers all areas of operations over a 25 year period. I have worked in various roles and held many management positions. I am able to apply methods of cross training to strengthen employee skills and promote teamwork. I can motivate employees to work to their highest potential by acknowledging their value. The value of providing customer service has always been extremely important to me. Many of my positions demonstrated my organizational skills and ability to multi-task. I earned the required licenses to advise and sell financial services to individuals. This provided guidance and security to many families in the areas of insurance and investments. In the position of Human Resource Manager I supported both management and the employees. I was able to listen to employees concerns and communicate them to management. I provided new employee orientations, administered the employee benefit plans and processed payroll.
