About Susan Simpson

Through my 30+ years of experience across various industries I have developed exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly identify the inaccuracies and inefficiencies within a business’ activities. Most of my experience has been within finance departments, and when I approach problem solving I see things from this perspective; whether the end goal is to inspire trust in a human resources department or reduce duplicate efforts in a call centre. No matter what a department is working towards, all aspects must be considered - the people involved, the processes they follow, and the support systems they have access to (technology, interdepartmental cohesion, etc.). Ultimately I feel success looks the same regardless of the team, department, or company's focus: it should be free from duplicate efforts, confusion caused by unnecessary multi-level involvement, and full of productive, satisfied employees.
