About Susan Solari

Growing up in South America, I was always fascinated by local markets my mom and I used to go to. The local markets are similar to farmers markets in the US, but on a whole different level. You have vendors everywhere, trying to get your attention, selling fruits, vegetables, beans, poultry (recently "prepared" in the back), fish, and everything else you can imagine. The colors, smells, and sights captivated me. When I think back to my childhood, a memory that comes to mind is putting beans and rice in little bags and pretending selling them to my cousins. Fast forward to 2022, and I was given the opportunity to join one of the leading Tech companies in the world, helping teams reach their sales goals on a global level. Leadership, Sales, and People Empowerment are my passion, and I get to grow and develop at IBM while empowering and helping those around me.
