I've always considered myself to be a 'broad' digital marketer - someone at the top of the T-shape. But the truth is I have a deep passion for everything digital whether it is looking at customer journeys to support better UX and campaign experiences through to persona-led targeting, the variety is what gets me up in the morning and the challenge is what keeps me going.I've had some great opportunities throughout my career and starting in an agency really gave me the foundations to develop upon, understand what areas I wanted to focus on or decide to keep my skillset broad and work to learn from SMEs along the way.I'm now in B2B, an area I didn't think I'd enjoy quite as much as I do and through years have developed a data-driven mindset which keeps me pressing for better in everything that I do - a quality I hope I successfully instil in my teams and beyond.Key interests: UX, CRO, Paid Media, SEO, Campaign Planning, and just about everything in between.
