About Susan Tull

My practice focuses on patent litigation in district courts and at the U.S. International Trade Commission. I have been involved in all aspects of patent litigation, including participating in numerous trials. I have overseen discovery, taken and defended fact and expert depositions, prepared trial strategy, and performed direct and cross-examinations of fact and expert witnesses at trial. I have also represented clients in Federal Circuit appeals stemming from court actions. In addition to my litigation practice, I also have experience with post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I have represented numerous clients related to inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and ex parte reexaminations. I am also an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law where I teach a course on patent litigation and dispute resolution.
