Working here at Green Diamond has been rewarding. Green Diamond is a family-owned Company that cares about the forests, environment and is in the industry for the long-term. I am currently working as the Corporate Records Manager and the Assistant Corporate Secretary. As the Records Manager, I am currently working with our IT department on implementing an Office 365 Document management and governance system for the enterprise. This includes training and education. I am also a member of ARMA.(Association of Records Managers and Administrators) As the Assistant Corporate Secretary, I maintain and manage our companies corporate records, manage local, tax and state business licenses for the enterprise, arrange and produce board meetings, materials and resolutions, manage reporting and communication with our Board of Directors and more. I have still maintained some of my previous miscellaneous tasks by maintaining and reporting on the companies political contributions and lobbying expenses and updating the Company Intranet SharePoint site to name a few. I also manage two wonderful Executive Administrative Assistants for our Corporate office and they assist all but one department in the Corporate Office.
