Susan is the President of the Ford Group of Companies; ACCESS Career Solutions, AccessHR, Ford Executive Search and the newly established ACCESS Analytics and Professional Sports Management Group. She leads the organizational vision of creating workforce solutions that embrace our ever changing workplaces. Access Careers Solutions, Access HR and Ford Executive work with clients to attract, hire, inspire and retain the best employees. Susan graduated with the Dean's Silver Medal of academic excellence with an BAHR and graduated with honours with a Master of Leadership from the University of Guelph. She has won a number of Leadership Awards including the HRPAH Leadership and Academic Excellence Award. Her community involvement includes being an active committee member on the Brampton Board of Trade Diversity and Inclusion Committee and grassroots work with multiple charities. Susan is a career coach, outplacement and career transition specialist and HR mentor working with internal staff on career development and external clients and associates to achieve their career goals. Susan’s diverse work experience includes industries in the technology, hospitality and entertainment, professional sports, Not-for-Profit, manufacturing and logistics verticals.
