About Susan Walsh

With over three years of work experience in the disability employment sector, I am passionate about helping people with disabilities find meaningful and sustainable work. As the Branch Leader at HELP Enterprises Limited, a social enterprise that provides employment, training, and support services to people with disabilities, I oversee the daily operations, staff management, and client relationships of the branch. I leverage my communication and problem solving skills to ensure the quality and efficiency of our services, as well as to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise. Previously, I worked as a Business Manager at APM, where I managed a portfolio of contracts and partnerships with employers, government agencies, and community organizations, and as a Job Coach at atWork Australia, where I provided individualized coaching and guidance to job seekers with disabilities. Through these roles, I developed my interpersonal and managerial skills, as well as my knowledge and expertise in the disability employment field. I am motivated by the mission and vision of HELP Enterprises, and I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our team and our clients.
