This includes employment compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations and retention, and communication, development and maintenance of Human Resources and Payroll information systems. She also supervises the processing of payroll and its accounting functions for all of Blue Ridge’s divisions. Susan came to Blue Ridge Companies in 2004 to develop its Human Resources and Payroll Departments.
