As an experienced HR professional, I have a strong record of exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced, multiple-project environments. My strengths include streamlining processes and implementing systems that reduce error, turnaround time, and staff time. I’ve also been able to consistently increase participation in employee-engagement events and awards programs. In addition to the typical HR generalist roles, I’m often called up to take on roles outside the normal scope of HR. At Greencore, I assumed payroll processing and was able to ensure employees were paid on time each week. At American Dairyco, I took over accounts payable for three months and subsequently trained the new full-time accounts payable employee. While at ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry, I managed accounts receivable, reducing outstanding accounts from 21% to 2%(the corporate standard was 10%). Earlier in my career, I updated Custom Graphics Printing’s web site including products, pricing, and quantities, which increased sales 10% in just three months after the updates. The reason I’m consistently asked to take on responsibilities is the consistent success I’ve had in tackling new challenges and achieving, or exceeding, stated goals.
