I am a creative, positive personality that thrives on accomplishment. I believe in making lists daily and I am a planner and organizer of routine tasks along with long term projects. I’m a motivator often rallying the team to work together to accomplish a job. I’m always open to learning new skills and techniques. I have a brain, I have common sense, and I hold honesty in the highest regard. Primary responsibilities include the development and management of CPL's Strategic Plan to balance growth with sustainability, creating and editing policies and procedures, statistically evaluating processes, budget planning, general oversight of the business department, graduate support, applicant processing and other projects as assigned by the Executive Director. I ensure that all operations are safe and satisfy the highest standards set by our accreditation with Assistance Dogs International. Most importantly, I continually ensure that all organizational activities support CPL's mission and Core Values.
