About Susanna Godee

Over 20 years’ experience in Clinical Research within phase I-IV within Clinical Operations, Regulatory Start Up (RSU) and Regulatory Affairs. I was one of the 15 first Start Up Leads when this position first was established in 2008, and have been in lead positions since then. I’m currently leading two groups as manager for local and global regulatory affairs leads in Nordics and Canada with 18 direct reports. Working on initiatives to train new global regulatory affairs leads and education in processes and systems, aiming to work with the global department to ensure our processes are efficient and easy to follow. As a person, I am dynamic and innovative and I am looking for ways to deliver and encouraging ownership and proactivity. I am a leader focused on building strong teams and set clear vision on where we are and where we need to go. An important piece of my role is to facilitate lessons learned, encourage appropriate risk management and support in issue resolution and customer satisfaction. I am trained to find root causes and developed appropriate strategies to prevent and take action. All of this is often highly appreciated by teams and customers and I reach the goals I set up. I have a broad therapeutic experience and wide global experience of approx. 50 countries. In total experience from >25 different Sponsor companies during my time in the field.
