About Susanna Rinaldo

Working in IT market, starting from 1991, having several experiences in software engineering practices, technologies, quality assurance, project management, Test Management, Customer relationship and in processes and products control techniques, interacting directly with sales, delivery, customers and suppliers organizations. SE & BA Capability: As Leader, Process’s SME, Internal Auditor, Business Analyst, Analyst, System Integrator and SystemTester, during the whole period I have been involved in all Software Engineering activities with main focus on Business Analysis area, starting from Client’s needs definition and Requirements collection and allocation to User Acceptance Test. Here below a list of main duties: Testing capability: During the whole period, I practiced all QA and Test lifecycle aspects working on test strategies, plans and test cases, reproducing and understanding root causes, conducting UAT, collaborating with multiple worldwide development and test teams, and dealing with different testing methodologies and tool. Quality Assurance: Since 1994 until now I’ve worked in Quality Assurance and Process Engineering area being involved in the achievement of all most important Certification outcomes (ISO 9001:1994 first certification, Italy QMS definition and deployment, SW-CMM L3 certification, Global Solution Management System Deployment,ISO certification, CMM-I L3 certification).
