I lead graduate programs that help physicians and other clinicians build leadership and business capabilities so they can improve care delivery and help their organizations thrive.In my role at a top-ranked business school, I collaborate with healthcare leaders, faculty, and coaches to design and manage learning experiences that build skills in strategy, operations, finance, and leading people and teams. Our programs help participants step into greater responsibility and navigate the realities of healthcare change with confidence and clarity.Alongside my academic leadership role, I work with physicians through individual career coaching. My coaching focuses on helping physicians clarify career direction, prepare for leadership and non-clinical roles, navigate transitions, and make intentional decisions about the next chapter of their professional lives.I am at my best when supporting talented professionals as they reflect, gain perspective, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.
