With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, I am a Finance Project Expert at Doctolib, the leading e-health platform in Europe. My mission is to optimise financial systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance business performance. I have a strong background in accounting, project management, and ERP integration, and I am passionate about delivering impactful results and fostering cross-functional collaboration. In my current role, I specialise in orchestrating post-merger integrations, successful ERP migrations, and implementation of new processes and tooling options. I have played a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational continuity during the Doctolib SAP S/4HANA ERP integration. My responsibilities encompass data migration, aligning financial processes with SAP S/4HANA's capabilities, and guaranteeing compliance with industry standards. I also manage complex financial projects, such as assets, capitalised labour, and CIR calculations. With a keen eye for detail and extensive project management skills, I collaborate with diverse teams to streamline financial operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s initiatives.
