I grew as a leader and mentor, championing strengths-based management techniques at Joslin Diabetes Center to build and sustain communicative teams based on trust. I navigated complex personnel issues, including bullying and transparency in the workplace, to overcome resentment and distrust. Key Accomplishments: • Cultivated critical relationships at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, successfully advancing 6, 7 and 8-figure gift solicitations to help team reach annual fundraising goals. • Exceeded Leadership Council revenue goal at Joslin Diabetes Center, resulting in 14% increase in realized income over adjusted goal from previous year. • Designed Women’s Giving Circle at Joslin Diabetes Center, fostering trusted relationships with pediatric clinic staff to build philanthropic community around female caregivers.
