I am a strategy- andbusiness development and MI expert with legal & commercial background and technical savvy, who is able to fall back on >15 yrs experience in marketing MRO services, air charter, cabin interior & cabin upgrade services and integrated fleet management solutions to the commercial and general aviation market. I am familiar with EASA part 145, 147 part 21J+G environments and start-up situations. My expertise covers: Marketing strategy development & execution, business innovation (business model design, product & service innovation design & launching, UI/UX practices, Design Sprint), business development, market intelligence services including customer insights as well as cross-functional project management. Thanks to my in depth knowledge of the global aviation market and aircraft-/fleet lifecycles in combination with my entrepreneurial spirit, a well-stocked tool box, method competence, good people and excellent analytical-conceptual skills, I am well equipped to contribute to the sustainable, profitable growth of aerospace companies or mobility solution-/travel experience providers, while reducing cost by increasing the efficieny and effectiveness of an operation.
