Since March 2024, I have been working as a Specialist Technician with focus on Device Management in M365 at Gävle Municipality. They were already using Microsoft Intune and copilot since last year with deploying Win 11 on Windows machines. They had not yet enrolled their mobile devices in an MDM-plattform and the goal is to help them to create a safe environment and to change their approach to set configure that meets the user needs without constantly getting questions, symptoms and issues based on the configuration. In my roll I will help them with establishing an efficient roll out plan, policy’s, profiles, support-guidelines, communications and processes for all of the municipality's employes. Since 2008 I have been an IT-admin with special focus on SharePoint and telecom. As a SharePoint technician I’ve always focused on using the tools and harness the power of the tool and making the user experience consumer based and not a folder viewer. I’m a bit of a SharePoint geek and I have been a part of a team that has led the changes and projects of moving to SharePoint and using SQL-based document management and constantly changing the environment and the project portal and intranet in SharePoint (later on Microsoft 365) based on the business ever changing needs and the new ability's with every migration to a new version. I’m a big spokesperson for using and taking advantage of Microsoft 365/SharePoint by Microsoft best practices and collaborate with Microsoft instead of insisting on using it as Microsoft Office or the old ways. I specialize in integrating people, technology, and processes to address their unique business challenges. I try to get the customer to own and understand the solution and to understand how to take advantage of its capabilities. The journey begins with collaboration, change management and meeting digital workplace needs. I feel passionate about setting up solutions that are easily maintained that works with Microsoft 365 best practices. Project planning, and I have multiple certifications in these domains. I use agile and scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality results with and ITIL-approach. I have successfully managed and implemented several IT initiatives/projects, such as migrating SharePoint sites, deploying Microsoft Intune, updating usergroups and hierarky to meet sharepoint needs, and enhancing user retention and satisfaction. I am a social person with a constant smile and I enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders, and I constantly seek to learn new skills and technologies.
