Current Role & Responsibilities: Have been working as Senior Integration and Technical Lead in TRC GLM team for Morgan Stanley, London, Bangalore and Montreal for 7 years. Working very closely with the TRC development and Integration managers and key business stakeholders in the technology organization to ensure the product deliverables meets the business needs, with following responsibilities- The primary role is to do trading system integration and design, testing and production implementation, release management, change management - ETSConfig development, Integration testing, Deployment and Installations for IED related GLM Integrations - Business Concepting and Architecture Design for new BU requirements and projects - Project planning and task management in interaction with dev teams and other application teams to agree on configuration integration changes and testing changes/new functionalities and L2 prod support- Trouble shooting and providing support for GLM integration in QA, UAT and Production environments - Perform code reviews globally and maintain the standards- Training new users on using the GLM solution and helping them with gaining knowledge on the flow and conducting knowledge sharing sessions so that the team members have the required level of knowledge and information- Regular liaison with Risk Management, Compliance, and Business trading desks Previous Project’s Primary Role & Responsibilities Have worked for Microsoft Mobiles, leading the GIT-REPO development and sharing expertise with Google's android development communities. Have worked in Nokia PLM (Finland) as a Lead Developer and Concept Designer with the following responsibilities- Leading the business transition of FIM – SCM Integrations from External Collaborators to TCS - Business - Concept designing and Coding of PLM solutions - Testing, trouble shooting and providing support for integrations in QA, UAT and Production environments Have worked in NSN – FlexiPlatform- IP Networking (Finland) as a Developer and Onsite lead with the following responsibilities- Customer requirement analysis, Designing and Coding of Networking solutions - Testing, trouble shooting and solving of networking protocol related issues from production environment
