About Sushank Singla

Cloud spend is now one of the largest line items on a company's P&L. Most organizations don't have a visibility problem, they have an accountability problem.I've spent a decade at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and business outcomes — at AWS working with enterprises across scales, at Whatfix scaling SaaS revenue globally, and now at Amnic helping companies build cloud cost observability into how they operate. What I've learned: FinOps isn't a cost-cutting exercise. It's the discipline that lets companies price confidently, understand their unit economics, and lets Engineering and Finance finally speak the same language.I write about: cloud financial management, shared cost allocation, FinOps maturity in high-growth environments, and the cultural side of making engineers care about cloud costs. If you're a CTO, VP Engineering, or CFO trying to build financial discipline into how your team ships — let's connect.
