As Associate Director at UBS and previously as AVP at J.P. Morgan CIB, I’ve architected and delivered data-intensive platforms across banking and financial services, while consistently aligning engineering strategy with business outcomes. Today, as an Engineering Executive, I focus on building resilient, scalable solutions that power digital modernization across highly regulated and innovation-driven sectors. My core strength lies in designing distributed, cloud-native architectures—leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP. I’ve directed global teams of 40+ engineers across multiple geographies, driving agile delivery, performance optimization, and long-term platform sustainability. I bring a product mindset to engineering, having delivered multi-tenant SaaS platforms, event-driven microservices, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitOps, Jenkins, and Terraform. A certified TOGAF and AWS professional with hands-on expertise in AI-powered developer tooling, my recent work includes embedding LLM agents into engineering workflows, integrating GitHub Copilot with Jira and Confluence in VS Code, and leading automation for ticket triaging, merge request reviews, and SDLC governance. I’ve pioneered developer productivity frameworks powered by OpenAI, LangChain, Spring AI, and Vector DB to streamline the entire engineering lifecycle.
