About Sushant Sharma

I’m Sushant Sharma, an engineer who moves comfortably between AI/ML research and software developer. With a recent Master of Applied Computing from the University of Windsor and hands-on experience at Jaguar Land Rover, TD Bank collaborations, and fast-paced startup work, I’ve learned how to: Translate new research into production-ready code (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace). Build and ship reliable software APIs, data pipelines, backend services in Python, Java, and C++. Optimize models for real-world constraints: multi-GPU training, ONNX edge deployment, and MLOps in AWS.I’m most excited by roles where I can:Advance machine learning systems (LLMs, computer vision, reinforcement learning). Contribute solid software engineering that makes those systems scalable and maintainable. Work with teams that value experimentation, code quality, and measurable results. When I’m not coding, you’ll find me chasing the northern lights with my automated aurora-alert side project, or catching up on the latest AI papers.Open to:AI/ML Engineer or Research EngineerData Scientist / Data EngineerSoftware Engineer positionsAvailable for on-site or remote full time opportunities.
