Background

About Sushil Bhandare

I’m a Senior Architect and Urban Planner with over 4 years of hands-on experience across infrastructure, real estate, and municipal development projects. My expertise lies in interpreting and implementing complex DCPR/DCR norms, MRTP Act provisions, and coordinating large-scale submissions with municipal authorities like NMMC. At Devise Design, I led the Municipal Drawing Department and coordinated the end-to-end approval lifecycle — from design development to compliance documentation and client-authority communication. My previous stints at L&T and Aditya Birla deepened my knowledge of infrastructure execution, feasibility analysis, and integrated site planning. Academically, I hold a Master’s in Urban Planning (NIT Raipur) and a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Pune University), both under full scholarships. I’ve also cracked the GATE exam with a notable AIR. I’m driven by the goal of creating inclusive, regulation-compliant, and sustainable built environments. Always open to new collaborations and innovative urban challenges — let’s connect!
