An engineer in Electrical and Electronics with MBA; Rich experience of leading both public and private sector organizations with passion for delivery; consistent and proven track record as a result-driven professional with over 19 years' professional experience in diverse sectors including banking sector; lately leading and managing the infrastructure and energy-related projects and Public Private Partnership; as Member of National Planning Commission, lead national infrastructure development plan for 15th periodic plan of the country, establishment of National Project Bank and development and operationalization of a web based system for effective, efficient and transparent fiscal transfer mechanism to provincial and local governments; Chief Executive Officer of Investment Board, Nepal since 2020, chaired by the Rt.
