Equity Swap Confirmation is drafting process however we have draft the vanilla product confirmation as per ISDA, and dispatched to client on T+2 bases.we have using multiple risk system to match the economic details with client. Trade transaction and reporting operations.Swap data repositories are new entities created by dodd frank consumer protection act to provide central clearing facility for swap data and record keeping.The main aim is to maintain the transferency between counterparties and reducing the counterparty risk credit risk.under the dodd frank act whether cleared or uncleared trade should be reported to the respective sdr.Below are the SDR CFTC ESMA JFSA MAC HKMA Overview of process- We have reconciled the two records, one we have our book account and second one is DTCC record or global trade repository GTR records.we have reported the cleared and uncleared trade to DTCC through regultory.so we are using the intellimatch platform which is match platform for there we downloaded the DTCC report and reconciled accordingly.
