With over 20+ years of diverse work (corporate & entrepreneurial) experience into Banking and Financial Services, Real Estate & Civil Infrastructure, I am a versatile and dynamic professional with definitive competencies in new business setup in real estate / financial consultancy including but not limited to marketing strategy & efficient workflow design, project management, liasioning with government authorities, team building & training. Currently I am working with M/s Shiv Shakti Construction as an Associate Partner, a leading civil engineering and construction firm into Irrigation Infrastructure in multiple states in India. At M/S Shiv Shakti Constructions, I own projects P&L, manage and execute civil infrastructure projects, mainly in the areas of mass earthworks and complex irrigation structures. I am responsible for liaising with irrigation department / government officials, vendors, and stakeholders, preparing and monitoring budgets, timelines, quality standards, and ensuring financial compliances, process design execution with safety & environmental regulations. I also leverage my marketing, business development & relationship management experience to create new business opportunities besides owning the P&L of Civil Infrastructure projects, I have been recently assigned the responsibility of Chief Marketing and Operating Officer of the company. My endeavour from here on is to further systematize and embed information technology into our business processes for a more scaled up organization. I am working to creating a more objective and appealing brand identity from here on including but not limited to business communications / influencing presentations for the company. I have been instrumental in handling key government regulatory authorities & key to problem solving in certain complex specific high -pressure situations. I work very closely with principal partner for business expansion, joint ventures & manage company’s key business relationships to increase both topline and bottom-line for the company. Above work experience in different domains has shaped me into an entrepreneurial mind, a strategic thinker & a continuous learner. I am a quick learner always onto learning something – specifically domain specific content, wildlife Photography, New Technologies, being the continuous part-time perusals.
