Job Summary An experienced and qualified Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety / ESG Professional, Lawyer, Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, Internal Auditor of ISO BRC/IoP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSC CoC, Environment and Social Management System as per IFC Guidelines and Performance Standard and SA with 18 years+ of progressive experience and proven record of significant, successful contribution in Integrated Management Systems in various Industrial Sectors includes Automobile, Printing, Packaging and Footwear. Job Profile 1. Drafting, reviewing of Policies, Process, Procedures and Guideline necessary for implementing ESG initiative and achieving ESG goals as per NGRBC, NVGs, UNGPs, SDGs, ABRRs, BRSR, GRI, SASB, CDP, UNGC, SBTi, TCFD, GHGP, IR, CSR, Materiality Assessment for BRSR / Sustainability Reporting requirements. Updating above in line with changes in laws, regulations and corporate directives. Supports the Management in driving the education, communication and implementation of the ESG management system across the company including conceptualizing and conducting various training programs for different stakeholders. Support business and operation teams in handling ESG related a matter/audit from customer / auditor. Support in any external reporting requirements like BRSR and its assurance and /or impact / materiality assessment, stakeholder engagement exercises. Help in improvement of ESG related ratings carried out by any external rating agency. Lead the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the ESG / ESMS and its associated management plans and procedures including Integrated Waste Management Plan.
