Iam a Founder and CEO & CTO of Learnroll LLC which is an small business and emerging tech startup that empowers medical and health professionals with better tech enabled tools that improve patient outcome of diverse women like me. As a industry tech practitioner and mother to Genz my main goal has been to empower emerging technologies like AR, VR and AI for improving learning outcomes and develop better empathy.I have been responsible for launching & building the product strategy for my startup using lean and design thinking principles, and pivoting business models based on research & expert health and medical advisory, practical value based use and complex healthcare needs driven platform built with wide perspectives of students, clinicians, patients and caregivers. Iam also a certified TOGAF 9 enterprise architect with more than 28 years of professional industry experience in various roles in Fortune 500 organizations.My skills include both customer facing and engineering roles with effective progressive expertise gained over the years with hands-on -skills from project initiation to go live using standards & processes. My key skills include leadership, project & program management, product management, managing lean teams (from multi countries),enterprise & solution architecture, best practices, strategy & planning, data privacy and compliance management, business process management, software coding, development and delivery. As an Entrepreneur, Iam passionate about technology enabling education especially as a mother of next generation or future workers and advocate for women in STEM fields.
