When I started my journey in 2007 as a freshly LLB honors graduate from Dept. of Law Calcutta University, I hardly knew I was just going be part of the digital transformation journey of law with tech to be interwoven in what we call today the world of "Legal Tech". As an advocate of Legal Tech, today I can say proudly, I have been able to witness, participate and contribute in the enormous growth of digital transformation, brought in by legal and tech. Working with clients over the years including multiple law firms, corporates in-house and being their trusted solution architect around various areas of legal tech implementation, I continue to passionately drive Legal Tech, a blend of Human Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence in areas of #Data Privacy,#Regulatory Compliances,#Compliance Management,#Contract Management #Digital Forensics #Cyber Frauds,#Forensic and Internal Investigations. Our work is always evolving, and I love innovating and advising clients at the intersection of legal and technology. As Data sources continue to increase in both volume, usage and features of higher level of sophistication, the need of compliances and checks also increases. I see a huge change in the Maturity Curve today in embracing Legal Tech and the upcoming regulations in the Indian Business Landscape. Working with the Telecom, BPO, IT, Banking, Construction and Healthcare verticals, my vision is growing FTI's market share in India. Presently I am leading FTI tech’s go-to-market strategy, business development in India and also part of FTI EMEA around areas of risks and compliances. I also play an active role in FTI's thought leadership strategy and client loyalty programs that includes connecting GCs and C-Suites with ideas and deliver solutions that will help them increase shareholder value. The mission is to help companies identify the need of Legal Tech and leverage the right combination of technology that reflects their unique needs to identify and remediate risks and improve reputational and commercial outcomes. My passion around D&I, building a strong network of professionals, men and women, formal and informal mentorship for those seeking to lead in the legal profession revolves around: driving innovation, leading change, and aligning legal with business outcomes.
