Background

About Sushmita Kamboj

Oxford-trained social anthropologist with operator-led experience across K–12 education, now working in education-focused consulting spanning commercial due diligence, operating model assessment, and value creation. Third-generation school leader → Consultant. I spent six years leading strategy and operations for a multi-school K–12 network in India, covering academics, teacher capability, admissions funnels, timetabling, transport, budgeting, and governance. I now work on education & skilling engagements, including: • Commercial & operational diligence for K–12 school chains • Assessment of management depth, leadership dependency, and execution risk • Analysis of enrolment drivers, pricing, capacity utilisation, and scalability • Review of academic quality systems, teacher pipelines, and attrition risk • Post-deal value creation across CRM/ERP, pedagogy, and operating cadence My edge is operator empathy × analytical rigour — focusing on realities that rarely sit neatly in models but materially impact outcomes and scalability.🧠 I also work at the intersection of AI × education, including LLM training & evaluation, content QA, and expert-in-the-loop review where pedagogy and human judgement matter.🤖 If you’re working at the intersection of anthropology, education, and AI — or curious about ethical, human-centered LLM development — I’d love to exchange ideas.Views are personal and do not represent my employer or clients
