My journey began with a Lego set and a dream, and today, I am at the helm of large-scale infrastructure projects, transforming sketches into skyline masterpieces.What's been the secret to my success? It's the ability to take a bird's eye view of a project. I've learned to see not just the individual components but the way they interact and coexist. Managing a team that carried out an extensive bridge renovation, enhancing its safety and lifespan by 05 years, was one of my most rewarding projects.At my core, I am a problem solver. I've faced and overcome complex engineering challenges, leading teams through storms and tight deadlines. But what really drives me is knowing that I am creating structures that will serve generations to come.When I am not managing projects, I am either mentoring aspiring engineers or indulging in my love for photography.
