With over 13 years of experience in service and spares management, I am a skilled and versatile professional who can handle diverse tools and customer needs. I am passionate about developing and maintaining a high-quality service network across the eastern area for Stanley Black & Decker, a global leader in tools and storage solutions. I am motivated by the challenge of setting up operating standards, ensuring timely and satisfactory service, and generating revenue through spares selling. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I bring a unique perspective and experience from working with different customers, tools, and markets. In my current role as an Area Service Manager, I am responsible for managing a service team and ASCs of 11 states, handling service calls, implementing and tracing warranty policy, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. I have successfully handled tools such as Drill, Chop Saw, Vacuum Cleaner, Pressure Washer, Chain Saw, Brush Cutter etc. and earlier I have handled Plastic Extrusion and Printing & Packaging Machines also. I have also created and managed spares lists, stocks, and movements for every tool, using Oracle software in my last company. I have demonstrated my skills in after sales service, warranty management, spare parts selling. And in previous company I have managed various responsibilities like spares development, vendor handling, performance evaluation, and testing of existing and new tools. I have contributed to the growth and reputation of Stanley Black & Decker by delivering exceptional service and spares support to our customers.
