About Sushreeta Sahoo

I’m an HR leader focused on building scalable, performance-driven organizations where structure and culture grow together. My work spans talent management, leadership development, and organization design, partnering CXOs to align people strategy with business priorities. At Pidilite, I currently lead the Talent Development COE, building capability across the organisation - an elevation earned within 2 years of joining, that reflects strong execution and strategic partnership. Earlier, I led HR for the Cr Emerging India business unit, driving workforce design and leadership readiness across high-growth markets. Previously, I managed HR business partnering for 18 corporate functions at HDFC Life and built a digital learning ecosystem for employees at Mahindra. I began my career in India in sales at Vodafone, which sharpened my commercial acumen and execution discipline. Before moving to India, I managed a global team across the Middle East while catering to multiple MNCs during my stint at GBM, Dubai. I am now focused on advancing my journey toward becoming a CHRO, while supporting growth-stage companies in building robust performance and leadership systems that enable long-term, sustainable growth.
