About Susie Pearn

I am the founder and Managing Director of Redleap Consulting Pty Ltd, creative and trusted advisors for social infrastructure. 30 years ago I began working in program and project management in social infrastructure and I have complemented this with strategic management consulting and asset management experience, including through roles with Booz Allen and Spotless. Prior to establishing Redleap, I was a Principal with Aurecon for 14 years, and played management roles across sales, clients, expertise, people and project delivery. My most recent role with Aurecon was as Industry Leader - Education & Research and prior to that, I led the Health portfolio globally. I have played lead roles in the planning and delivery of numerous social infrastructure programs and projects particularly in health, education and research, including ones over a USD billion dollars in value. I have presented at conferences internationally and received several awards, both individually and through projects that I have been involved, some of which you can see in my profile. As a passionate proponent of innovation and design thinking, in 2020 I was invited to join the Industry Advisory Board for the University of Queensland’s new Bachelor of Design. This new degree will provide graduates with universal design skills that I believe will be highly valuable in navigating our rapidly changing world. I thrive on being a creative and trusted partner for clients, colleagues and collaborators, and taking a people centric approach to what I do. To me that's what makes great infrastructure, great projects and great relationships.
