About Susie Trader

Highly experienced professional with a proven management style, I find inspiration in working with visionary people as part of a creative team. I welcome fresh challenges and I have a history of success when presented with them: quickly assimilating new knowledge, readily adapting to change and coping under pressure with a positive can-do attitude. My back round enumerates the various management and work experiences that enhance my qualifications. In an increasingly changing service-driven market my 30 plus years of customer service and team management experience is excellent. Through analyzing current trends, setting both short- and long-term goals and implementing a plan of action I take ownership of my position as a committed team player. I build strong business relationships with excellent follow up skills while communicating and motivating team members in a highly organized manner.
