Created optimal robot paths for welding considering factors like cycle time, reachability and collision avoidance. Collaborating with tooling and fixture designers to integrate accurate representation of fixture within simulation for realistic analysis. Contributed to troubleshooting and optimization efforts during hand-on experience in on-site support. Hands on experience in Siemens Process simulate, Robcad with Fanuc, Yaskawa, KUKA & ABB robots for spot & seam welding. Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics, Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation, layout creation and Documentation. Working experience with JBM Group (TATA, Maruti Suzuki) I strive every day to improve myself by learning new technology and invention in the world of mechanical simulation engineering, allowing myself to stand in fastly growing technology.
