Dr. Susmita Murthy is a Specialist at Deloitte Consulting, LLP with 20 years of professional, results-driven experience to help clients build leadership capabilities and talent programs. A trained qualitative researcher, her expertise is effecting organizational transformation through personal and professional leadership development and innovative talent solutions around high performance and inclusion. Dr. Murthy helps leaders and teams deliver mission priorities through strategic leadership. She designed a multi-year, cutting edge leadership program for a military client which received the Intelligence Community Human Capital Professional Award for Outstanding Team/Project Award from the Federal Intelligence Community). She developed and continues to facilitate a flagship executive program for senior executives in the private sector (over 250+ executives) with an emphasis on servant leadership and high performance. An executive facilitator, her portfolio of talent initiatives includes a succession readiness initiative focused on high potential employees and cutting-edge research on high performing teams. Dr. Murthy works with a range of clients to design and implement learning techniques and strategies to meet the needs of a multi-generational and diverse workforce. She has served several government agencies and departments including Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Treasury, and Department of Health and Human Services. She also developed an innovative learning program for the USAID Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan country offices to showcase and role model economic development in the region. Dr. Murthy was Associate Editor, International Journal of Diversity in Organizations, Communities, and Nations and has several publications to her credit.
