Sutonu is a CITF and CDCS from London Institute of Banking and Finance UK,an MBA from IMI Delhi (PGDM Batch of 2008) and an FDP from IIM Bangalore ( 2017-18).He has more than 17 years of experience in Banking and Finance domains.He has close to 16 years of experience in Trade Finance and Transaction Banking.He is is skilled at Trade Client Portfolio Management / Wholesale Trade Operations/ Trade Credits and Supply Chain management.He has worked with ICICI Bank for 8 years in the Trade Finance transaction Banking Domain. Subsequently he was part of Transaction Banking Group at Yes Bank Ltd looking after entire East Zone for suite of Trade Products for Business Banking Segment. Further he moved to Wholesale Banking in Bangalore handling clients of 500 Crores to crores and MNC corporates.He was further associated with ICICI Bank in the capacity of a Regional Head Sales in Transaction Bank - Trade. Subsequently he was associated with Axis Bank in Mumbai as a Group Head in Wholesale Trade Operations handling Import Letter of Credit Operations.His areas of expertise are Documentary Credits, Capital and Trade Financing, Guarantees & SBLC's and Trade Credits.He is also skilled at Trade Operations, FEMA and PMLA guidelines governing International Trade. He holds a number of certifications in the areas of banking and international trade ( CDCS, CITF,CAIIB - International Banking, CAIIB -Treasury Management and Organisation,CCFE,Certificate in Export and Import from IIFT Delhi) and is certified in KYC - AML and TBML guidelines. He believes in continuous learning and upgradation of skills and therefore persues relevant courses and certifications on an ongoing basis. Currently he is associated with Bandhan Bank Ltd as Product Manager in Wholesale Banking Trade and involved in designing and launching Trade Products
