One of my greatest strengths is adaptability. I have a recruiting process that works well for me, and a way of organizing my projects. But in every intake meeting I inquire what works best for that particular leader - their ideal way of working - and seek to flex and create a unique process that is most effective for us as a recruiting team. I have been the sole FTE recruiter at a high-growth biotechnology company of 500+ people, as well as led a team of 5 recruiters at a global third-party logistics company. My specialty, and favorite role so far, has been as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, supporting leadership and executive level positions. Originally from the West Coast, I like to spend my free time downhill skiing and traveling the world. A couple of my recent destinations were the butterfly sanctuaries of Costa Rica, and the slopes of Bear Glacier, Alaska.
